1. Audit and plan
We review your current site, its rankings and its URLs, then map each new page to a service or an area.
Websites planned around how your customers search.
Websites by Quarc
Quarc's web design is a website build that maps the navigation, URLs and internal links to your services and service areas before any visual design starts. Most business sites get designed first and fitted for search afterwards. We reverse that order, so each service you sell and each area you cover has its own page that Google can index and a customer can act on. The build suits service businesses in Langley, Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley that want calls, form enquiries and bookings from search. If you need one page for a single ad campaign, our landing page design service is the better fit.

A Quarc website is free with our Local Growth SEO plan, or a custom build from $3,500 if you want the website on its own. The free website comes with the Local Growth plan at $1,980 per month on a 12-month term; if you end the plan before the term, the remaining balance on the website build is due in full. A website without an SEO plan is a custom build starting at $3,500, paid as a one-time fee, and quotes for larger sites, custom functionality, booking, e-commerce and multi-location sites start from that price. Our pricing page lists both options beside our SEO and advertising plans.
Site structure decides what Google can find and understand, so we settle it before choosing colours. Google indexes and ranks the mobile version of a site's content, which makes the phone layout the version that competes in search. Structured data is a standardized format that classifies page content; we add it to every service and location page, and our answer engine optimization page explains how the same markup helps AI answer engines cite your business. A redesign that changes URLs needs a permanent redirect from every old address, and Google recommends keeping those redirects for at least a year while it transfers signals to the new pages.
Every Quarc build ships with the same core deliverables, whether the website comes free with an SEO plan or as a custom build. Hosting and software licences are not included in the website price.

A Quarc build moves through five steps from audit to launch and takes three weeks for a typical single-location service business.
We review your current site, its rankings and its URLs, then map each new page to a service or an area.
You supply your content and account access, listed in the FAQ below, and we write or restructure the page copy with you.
We build service sites on WordPress and online stores on Shopify.
Every old URL redirects permanently to its new page. The new sitemap goes to Search Console, and we check the structured data and tracking.
Your SEO campaign takes over, and your monthly report shows calls, form submissions and rankings.
“Adam politely explained how a website that doesn’t deliver results is pointless, and suggested search engine optimization. We couldn’t be happier with the results; our call volume has easily increased 4x.”

A website from Quarc is free with our Local Growth SEO plan, or starts at $3,500 as a custom build without one. The free option applies when you sign up for the Local Growth plan at $1,980 per month on a 12-month term. If you end that plan early, the remaining balance on the build is due in full. Our pricing page lists both options.
A website for a single-location service business takes three weeks. Custom builds, such as multi-location and e-commerce sites, take longer, and we set their timeline by scope because there are more pages to plan, redirect and test. The biggest variable is how quickly photos, service details and content decisions arrive, so we agree the scope and schedule with you before work starts.
You own the full website, hosted on Quarc’s infrastructure. A WordPress site is not tied to one company’s platform, because WordPress uses the GPL, an open-source licence, so any WordPress developer can maintain it later. For a Shopify store, you own the Shopify account.
Yes. Hosting and software licences are not included in the website price. We host WordPress sites on Quarc’s infrastructure, and Shopify stores need a Shopify plan, billed by Shopify, which includes hosting.
Your website gets two updates per month after launch. If your website came with an SEO plan, on-page SEO work on the site continues as part of that plan.
WordPress is the platform we build service sites on, and quarcdigital.com runs on it too. We configure structured data, forms and tracking inside the build instead of adding them afterwards. For online stores, we build on Shopify.
A redesign can cause short-term ranking changes. Google says to expect temporary fluctuation during a site move and that rankings settle down over time. We redirect every existing URL to its new page with a permanent redirect, the method Google recommends, and submit the new sitemap in Search Console. The decision starts with what your current site has already earned. If its pages already rank and attract links, we keep that structure; if it was never built for search, a new structure is usually the cleaner choice.
For the build, you supply your logo and brand colours, photos of your team and your work, a list of your services and the areas you cover, and access to your domain, hosting and Google accounts. We write or restructure the page copy with you and handle the technical setup. If something is missing, we tell you at the start instead of pausing the build at the end. Book a free audit, and we will call you to go through it.
Quarc treats a website as the base of your search presence. We organize pages around the entities Google already recognizes: your business, your services and the places you serve. SEO, web design and paid campaigns run as one plan managed by one team, instead of three separate projects.
Plan the structure, build to W3C standards, test against Core Web Vitals, then measure what each page produces.

Founded in Langley in 2022, Quarc is led by a team with 35 years of combined marketing and business experience. That experience is why we plan the structure before the visuals.
The people who plan your website also run your SEO campaign. A page added later for a new service gets the same structure, structured data and tracking as the original build.
